A good start to the finishline

I woke up early, got to school, tackled some chemistry exercises, gathered with study friends, walked for a good hour and a half, studied some more, got home early enough to cook dinner, and follow my bed time routine. I’m replenished with oxygen, sunlight, and social interactions. I’m thankful for having been befriend by a wonderful person.

Tomorrow, I’m getting my gym membership after chemistry class. Without having tried it, I found out from other people that the spinning studio I was considering doesn’t do regular clubbing style spinning sessions. It’s only once a month so a better deal at a regular gym will do the trick. It’s time I leverage the energy I get from more daylight to get back into an exercise routine. The good old classic quote says it all: “a healthy mind in a healthy body.”

For as long as I continue making progress in my chemistry studies, I’m happy. Also, I attended a bit of a physics class before going on my walk with my friends. It so happens that the vector geometry I started the session with is the base of what I’ll be studying soon. This is great because I already understand thise concepts. It’s a relief to see that I won’t be lost in a void of ignorance. The teacher also advised the sequence in which I should follow my couses so I learn my integral calculs first, and better understand electricity. It was an answer I was looking for that got brought to me on a silver plater.

Knowing that the hardest part has been completed, I can start looking ahead for my microbiology classes. On that hopeful note I can go to bed with a peaceful, and positively anticipating mind.

Gratitude Journal :

I’m grateful for my bedtime routine. So comforting.
