A moment for myself
Now that I have completed the central piece of my move, I’m taking time to refocus on my needs and priorities. I took time to go on a nice walk to start back on my good habits, and I will be increasing my activity amount in the days to come to improve my productivity levels. I’m still fatigued though I want to get back to a more structured schedule, so the beginning of school doesn’t overwhelm me. One baby step at a time, I’m moving towards my goal.
