A rested brain is a working brain

--

I’m annoyed that I need so much sleep to be able to function, but my efficiency studying has increased. I do fear that I may be using my necessary rest as a procrastination escape. Still, I have to make sure that before my exams, I’m in optimal shape.

I took a glimpse at the chemistry mock exam and I have work to do. Those nomenclature and some more elaborate equations will require some practice before Monday. I did wake up and immediately jump to doing chemistry exercises this morning, and I know I will have time to complete my studying before Monday. Regardless, I’m nervous.

I’m preparing with premade food, thorough revisions, and rest. Luckily, I have a few sleeping pills, if nervousty strikes, I can induce deep recovery jo matter what.

Gratitude Journal:

I’m grateful for dry figs.
