It’s almost been a year since I started blogging everyday. At first, I wanted to perform an ongoing 2 year health, and performance experiment. My body didn’t want anything to do with the diet or the exercise plan I had aspired to. Within a month, I had to change course as chronic fatigue, and food sensitivities kicked my behind.

Since then, I’ve switched to a daily diary format freely blabbering about whatever my mind dwells on. My readers followed me through 2 breakups, a major change in career, my entry in university at the age of forty, a move between 3 time zones, and a slow healing process. A year ago, I wouldn’t have believed you if you would have told me I would move back to my home province. Back then, I thought I had found my one and only forever happy. I imagine I would have been full of energy by now, and ready to conquer the world. Little did I know…

My day-to-day doesn’t ressemble anything I ever could project. I’m glad to have found peace, and security on my own. Inadvertently, this new found stability is making my task of finding something to talk about everyday increasingly hard. Regardless, I will write. Having lived a life of extremes on the margin of society for a decade, I can proudly wear the label “boring”. If finding something to discuss in my daily blog is my current problem, I welcome it gladly.
