Busy on our own

Since L was helping his oldest son to bake a fancy Japanese cheesecake, I chose to visit my new friend and hang out with her and her spouse along with their dogs. It was good to have our activities on our own, which made coming back home together the more agreeable. After a shared dinner with his boys and time spent around a nice wood fire, we are going to bed joyous. Tomorrow will be another wonderful day at the beach.

Gratitude Journal:

I’m grateful for baked pasta.
