Histamine

That was today’s challenge. I’m still pretty tired from the move, Rosh Hashanah, and my double homework from the weekend. I woke up tired, but I made my way to S’s place to help her out a bit with cleaning. She’s been very busy so I wanted to be there for her.

Even if I had low energy, we managed to tackle the living room, and laundry nicely. We treated ourselves with some pizza, and since I was still hungry, I took some Greek yogurt with honey. A few minutes later, the inside of my plams got really itchy. It’s the thrid time I noticed this reaction in me. But today, it turned into a rash that covered my whole hand, and wrist. The souls of my feet also were each as well as my neck.

S quickly offered some antihistamine meds she had in her pharmacy. Thank goodness she had that because I never reacted to anything to that extent before in my life. It was scary. It dissipated after an hour, still it destabilized.

I got back home. Organized, and cleaned my own den before relaxing im a bath in the company of my beloved. It was a nice way to welcome him home from work. As he told me many times, I adores my spontaneous ideas. He’ll never grow bored with me.

I very tired at this point, and ready to fall asleep. Time to get back to my books seriously tomorrow to make sure I’m on top of things with school.

Gratitude Journal :

I’m grateful for St’s warm cuddles.
