Okay, I’m not talking about groundbreaking progress, but this chemistry module wasn’t as painful to go through. It’s a smaller module with less exercises, it had a third of the exercises from the hardest module so far. Still, I can focus from now on on my mid-terms studies. What a relief!

I still have to review the module from hell that I failed in pre-evaluation. Though, the first big chunk has been shewed down, now it’s all about tweaking. A positive nees too! A good friend who’s a retired mechanical engineer has agreed to be my math and physics tutor. Not only he’s been a longtime friend who followed the same personal courses I have, he knows me well and will kick my butt to do the work.

Also, today I took my first dose of my new antidepressant. No major side effects so far, an another relief. I have a feeling this medication will work even better than my previous one, that nee health base will definitely help my performance in everything, and my energy levels. It will be like taking off an excruciatingly heavy load off my back, and finally stand up straight, able to breath, see and feel free

Today, even if I had to give difficult feedback to my mom on a support message that was well intended, but not very helpful for my depressed state, it all ends well. The health choice I made to go at my own pace no matter what academic advice I receive was the best thing.

Gratitude Journal:

I’m grateful for my new meds.
