Finals are around the corner, and last quizzes need to be completed soon. It was a cooperative brain day, and I pulled off a 6 hours of continuous studies. Biology is my first subject to tackle, then chemistry. It’s a fair amount, but without classes the week is manageable.

As much as I enjoy learning, trying to memorize awkward taxonomy terms in a crunch is not my favourite. Regardless, keeping my neurons exercised, and malleable is important even if I may not use this terminology in the future. Of course microbiology taxonomy will be critical for my upcoming batchelor, therefore this familiarization with the overall jargon is a good start.

Tomorrow, I’ll have a math interlude with my tutor, then all neurons will be turned towards chemistry. My first exam is in biology, but I need to complete my last quizz in chemistry prior. It’s a good way to take a distance from all the noggin stuffing of taxonomy before coming back to it refreshed on the weekend. Luckily, I have a day in between my exams to complete my chemistry studies. It will be a grand finally of the semester with my beloved chemistry.

I’m mostly writing about my schedule because it’s stressing me. Some parts of today’s studies didn’t go as quickly as I wished, and I’ll have to keep good time for the days to come. It’s nothing dramatic, but some adrenaline is kicking in. My life is on hold till all is complete. You can expect more blog posts about my subjects in school in the next week.

Gratitude Journal:

I’m grateful that my brain can learn well.
