It’s falling into place
After an eventful start of the week, I have tackled much of my work, I’m readjusting well to my food measurements for my diary, my daily blogging is no longer stressful, my Instagram account is started and I posted my food diary info last night and will do so for tonight shortly. I will have a bit of recovery time before the next push which will be integrating more exercise in my weeks. Till then, it’s about getting better at what I have established and maintaining course.
To the exception of the battery of my scale that needs to be changed, the rest is running smoothly and my menus are starting to fall within ratios. I’m back to eating large amounts of dark greens now that my birthday treats are almost all consumed which helps a lot in controlling my carb intake. The additional iron is also welcomed by my body and I feel more nourished.
I may not be the chattiest tonight since I had a long day and an earlier wake up than anticipated, but I know tomorrow and the weekend will be quiet enough to relax and indulge in my nutrition nerding. I have done a good job at reaching reasonable accuracy with my dietary targets and stayed on top of my to-do list. I can go to bed early with peace of mind, and indulge in one of the most important elements of balanced health — sleep!
