Late but done

I had some sleep to catch up on which delayed the start of my day. I didn’t get to school as early as I wished, yet I ended up making the most of it. I’d rather study a little than not at all, and I compiled a good 3.5 hours which is satisfactory.

I’m obviously planning on arriving sooner for the rest of the week to make sure I reach my study goals for all my final exams. I should be doing good, for as long as I do a little bit of studies every day. I’m in a more energetic phase of my cycle so I’m confident I will be productive. Still, a bit more motivation would be welcomed. In my earlier post, I explained why I chose to explore ADD medication. Hopefully next semester, this new tool will assist me in gaining the consistency I desire for my academic journey. For now, I’m keeping course as is since playing with my neurochemical before my finals would be ill advised.

I wish I could get hugs, and cuddles when I get home, but I will have to be content with the subtle affection of vegetal life. In those periods of hardwork, the one thing I crave the most at the end of a long day is good company. It was a short day, though my anticipation of the challenge ahead makes me seek reassurance in the form of an embrace. Maybe one day I’ll find that again in my life, but for now, I want to focus on my studies, and my overall health.

I’ll be hopping on the bus soon, and will follow my usual bedtime routine. Tomorrow will be more productive.

Gratitude Journal:

I’m grateful for the 6$ purse I found today.
