Meet the parents
It all went really well this weekend. St is officially a new family member invited to stay at my dad’s place anytime. I was very nervous, but I’m relieved. Having the positive energy of St also made it easier to interact with my dad. It was very pleasant.
Before leaving, we visited one of my favourite Summer exhibition: Mosaiculture. It’s plant sculpture gardens that I’ve visited for many decades now. The exhibits take place in different cities, and Quebec city was the one this year.
St discovered something new, and I got to enjoy a cultural activity I’ve always liked. Even the short visit to drop off, a Cuban oregano plant, a framed photo, and water kefir at my mom’s was perfect. Integrating eachothers families is coming along nicely. St, and I are overjoyed!
