I didn’t answer all the questions, but I definitely conquered most of the exam. It took me a while to aline mt thoughts, but once I was aligned, I flew through problem after problem. I finished happy, and exhilarated. I’m really starting to enjoy math, hopefully I can maintain this skill in the future.

I’m relieved, and proud of my work. I celebrated with a pizza meal at the restaurant next door, and am now ready for well deserved sleep. I’ll catxh up on laundry, and cooking tomorrow. Having a slow pace week will feel awesome. I’m planning my trip to Montreal later in the week sonce my mom, and my friend are both very busy at the moment. This means I get some me tome without stress.

I’ll leverage this quiet time to assess where I’m at mental health wise. I’m again on the fence about neurostimulants. I don’t think they really help me focus, but they do suppress the chronic fatigue. I’m want to expore the mood stabilizing root in the months to come, and anchor my sleep patterns to see how my performance improves with these improvements.

For now, time to rejoyce, and recover.

Gratitude Journal:
