Reboot in progress
I haven’t stayed home an entire day for at least a month. This is a blessing after weeks of unending stress. I slept till I naturally woke up. I read as many articles online as I wished. I even re-red my neurospychologist evaluation to further understand how my brain learns.
In the past few days, I’ve been researching ways to improve my learning skills. Now that I k ow I can have great amounts of energy, it’s time to figure how to leverage it to speed up my studies. Spending 5 hours on one math problem is not smart, nether helpful. As I returned to the advice given to me back in August 2021, organizing carefully my study time is key to move forward. Also, the recommendations indicated I shouldn’t havea full course load. That good to see because I for sure cannot handl a full-time schedule.
What’s encouraging is that I still did a bit of math with a relaxed mind. I happened to tumbled onto a quantum physics article online that my brain devoured. The experiment that led to discover the spin of electrons is close to it’s hundredth birthday, and an entertaining scientific journalist explained skillfully how it happened along with other information related to the subject. Having fun with intellectual activities on a day off is fabulous development. My dream of nerdism is materializing bit by bit.
I think I said it many times before, and I will say it again : I love learning. I want to improve my ways to learn. Since my ability to jugle with ideas is excellent, and I do have some above average cognitve skills, it’s time I find ways to maximize my strengths in order to alleviate my handicaps. I want to be able to study for the rest of my life. One day, I want to approach any subject confidently.
