Rested productivity, without draining my energy.

A sense of balance is coming back, finally. Having received the informed advice of a friend on the matter of ADD medication, taking breaks are in fact recommended. Unlike antidepressants, stopping the use of ADD meds will not affect the overall balance of my brain. Being able to sleep this morning, and not feeling like I’m vibrating allover was a relief today.

The two people I talked to who have been using this type of medication for many years, invited me to pace my consumption. It’s possible to take it only when needed, and I think I will do so. To constantly be hyper is not what I’m looking for; it’s not sustainable, and constant use leads to the increase of dosage to keep the same effect over time. I will also ask to switch to the version of the molecule that acts during a shorter period of time. I prefer to take two dose if need than one that is too much.

I’m grateful the medication helped me surpass the immense amount of studies I had to put in to succeed in my algebea class. By the way, I had 69% in my first homework. The teacher’s assistant that corrected it said it was excellent, and if it wasn’t for the one question I couldn’t answer, I would have had a much higher score. That’s a major relief! Since that dreadful all-nighter, I’ve improved leaps, and bounds. I’m flying throw the second homework in comparaison.

With the math aide sessions at school, my engineer friend tutoring me, the online chat group my class formed to help each other out, and my two new student friends assisting me, I’m no longer alone infront of Goliath. Plus, we all now know that he gives exercise on things he hasn’t taught yet. In other words, his instructions are incomplete, and pretty much a waist of time. This week, I listened to it quickly, took the necessary notes, and rwached out for my book for proper explanations. It doesn’t matter who teachses, resources are at my disposal, and I even get to interact with pleasant passionate tutors. University is a rip off when it comes to the quality of the education of some of their teachers. I was aware of this phenomenon, and I can better navigate around it. What matters most is becoming a feminine microbiome specialist.

Knowing where I’m going with my efforts makes all the difference. Everything I learn is relevant, and will be used to find the solutions I’m looking for. I’m currently acquiring the bases to build algorithms. Bacterial colonie growth is calculated with the help of complex algorithms. I want to know why implanted colonies don’t survive in some individuals, and why in other they stay for life. So many factors are in play and matrix are a must to find the correlations between the multitude of elements.

Soon, I’ll start nerding out the living s*** of microbiology. Soon.

Gratitude Journal:

I’m grateful for healthy food’s rejuvenating effects.
