Starting to catch up
I think I managed to do it! I did a fair portion of my chemistry homework starting from 5 am this morning, and even came to school to listen to the entirety of this week’s math class. With another 4 hours or so on chemistry, I should catch up on my delay. I do have to do one quizz, and one written homework for my mayh class this week, and I will also have a chemistry lab. With this extra busy week, I have to keep pushing till all is back on track. Even then, I’ll have to continue working hard to stay on time. It’s difficult, but I think I’ll make it.
Not struggling with my mental health, or chronic fatigue is a huge positive change. Without the support of my new ADD prescription, there’s no way I would have had the energy to do this algebra class. One thing I need to monitor though is my sleep. I wake up early, stay awake all day, and go to bed right at the edge of the recommend 8 hours sleep window. I may feel energetic, but I must respect my bodies limits. Hopefully I can better assess the situation by Spring break. It’s a bit hard to take a step back right now with all that is going on.
Plus, I need to plan my move for the Summer soon. I have to find a good apartment within my budget which will take some time. At least, I know which neighborhoods are better for my needs now that I’ve circulated around the city. I’ll be able to select something much better from the smoke smelling rathole I’m in. It was a transition apartment, and I knew it would have many quirks. I’m just glad I can leave it behind. I think I’ll rent my new place a month before my current lease expires to allow for a smooth transition.
It was a satisfying day, and I made good decisions on my study strategy. Starting nice, and early helps. I’ve never been a morning person till now. Thanks to adequate medication, I can reach my goals. Life isn’t as hard anymore, I function.
