As planned with my good friend S, today was a day mostly allocated to organizing her place. I woke up early, happy, and energetic, and I tackled the kitchen. When everyone was awake, I enjoyed some breakfast before enjoying a lu ch piwer nap before attacking the piece de resistance.

My friend had kept years of various documents, photos, and souvenirs in boxes at the bottom of her closet. She told me that she wasn’t easy to undertake this project on her own. My company eliviated a lot of her stress towards this walk down memory lane. It’s surprising how in the spent of a weekend her and I have been looking back at the past. The father of her child passed away early last year, and my past friend passed at the end of the Summer last year. Our conversations bounced between our memories of both these important people in our lives. We both took time to laugh, recall, and shed a few tears of emotions.

In the evening, my first school tutor from early last year came to visit S since they are close friends. It was great to meet my tutor face-to-face for the fiest time. We had a fantastic dinner before saying goodbye a little passed 9:30 pm. S had an event to attend, and left looking like a movie start, while my first tutor left along with her daughter to go back home.

I’m now enjoying a moment to myself to unwind before bed. I’m quite tired after all that activity, and my body is ready for sleep. I’m glad I got to connect with my first tutor again. She’s doing her PhD in neurospychology. I can’t wait to exchange more on the subject since it’s a hobby of mine. Three mature female university students talking about books, life, and ambitions makes for a wonderful evening.

I’m grateful for educated friends.
