Two assignments, and one quizz.

Back at home, back to my books. It’s a must. I transcribed, and submitted two assignments, and completed a quizz today which has left me drained. My quizz didn’t go well, and I immediately took an appointment with the teacher so I can understand what I’m doing worng. It will be a hectic pace till the end of the semester. My trip to Iceland is in 3 weeks, and I come back just in time for the finals. Time to roll up my sleeves, and get everything done nice, and early.

I’ll also have to follow-up on my admission in my new university, and makes sure I get access to the right courses for the Winter semester. I feel stressed, but at least I’m getting a massage from a massage therapist friend tomorrow. It seems that I’m getting better at staying calm even if everything is moving quickly. I’ve accumulated too much anxiety for none essential things in the pas year, and I want to preservey energy, in any shape or form. Also, the quote I created with St, “anxiety is stupid”, really helps me staying grounded. Physiologically, we can’t access our frontal cortex when under stress; we legitimately become stupid when anxious. Since my pet peeves are inefficiency, and incoherence, it saves me a lot of frustrations to over all stay calm.

I’ve been going to bed a bit later finishing my school work yesterday, and today. It’s time I get back to an earlier time frame. Night night!

Gratitude Journal:

I’m grateful for the possibility to finish all my physics study load at once.
