Unexpected lucky day

Not only did I catch my buses right on time without planning it, I also got the name of one of the most important gynecologist researcher of my university. As much as I wish I could do more study wise, I still tackled a lot, and took care of various personal essentials.

I’m optimistic that I will be able to cover what matters most before my first exam on Tuesday. My math tutor, and I prepared our upcoming meetings to maximize results. We tackled the entire last homework, and I did three quarters of my quizz on my own. Efficiency was with me. The one thing I wished was to start early, but my morning health appointment paid off.

Being pointed in the right direction for the type of research I want to participate in at my university brightened my day. As I became aware of it, I’m realizing I can’t let perfectionnisme ruin my studies.

Now that I’m one step closer to my dream, I need to keep my eyes on the prize. The goal is to defeat my ego by stopping focusing on details. I can’t let conditional self-esteem take away the precious energy I need to move towards my purpose.

Gratitude Journal:

I’m grateful for the kindness of my doctor for providing me with the information I needed to succeed.
