When the day drags into the night

A long to-do list, multiple interruptions, a scattered brain and once more, a late-night post. Rest assured that I’m monitoring the situation and I’m still aiming to work on my sleep hygiene with a bedtime routine. I guess I found my new year resolution: have my blog and tasks accomplished by 10:30 pm, meditate by 11 pm so I can go to bed to the latest at midnight.

That’s a big commitment and if I manage to incorporate it into my daily habits, I would be incredibly happy with myself. On the path to better self-love, prioritizing my well-being goals displays the respect I’ve grown to cultivate towards me. It reminds me of my dad’s latest advice, the rule of the little steps as long as you keep going every day no matter how small the progress may be, you are still on your path.

My ongoing struggle with life structure continues. At least, I’m satisfied by the amount of adventure I’ve experienced in the past decade so a little stability feels good at this point.
