With the end of a book comes the beginning of a journey

My productivity strike continued today, from errands to laundry, it was a day spent running around. I didn’t manage to put in some study time, but essential shores were accomplished. My schedule is now clear to fully focus on my studying for the rest of the week. My productivity got amplified by my audio reading, shipping away minutes after minutes lectures on transformational wisdom.

One downside is a mild headache that decided to creep in mid day. Nothing unbearable, it’s just an annoyance that’s affecting my creativity while writing right now. Rest is always the best remedy which I will do in a short moment.

I completed the outstanding book, “What happened to you”?, by Dr Perry, and Oprah Winfrey. This audio reading has changed me for the better. I understand better now the importance of regulating myself on a daily base to find peace, and balance. As an adult, self-care is the key. I’m so glad my therapist brought constant emphasis on this essential health practice. I can now better identify when, and how I get disregulated. I comprehend the origin of my mental health challenges, and can turn to coherent solutions.

I will be recommending this book for the rest of my life. It’s so important. Dr Perry’s work can heal the world, it just be shared to all. His acute neuroscience, and psychology understanding has helped him craft a revolutionary approach that has brought consistent, and lasting positive changes in thousands of patients. His wisdom has profoundly impacted me, and I hope I can pay it forward.

Gratitude Journal:

I’m grateful for continually growing, and healing.
